Literally! Hidria GIF´s unique demountable ventilated ceilings, using our patented cassettes, guarantees a hygienic, temperate atmosphere in all types of commercial kitchen.
Knowledge and experience gained over more than 30 years, of the difficulties confronting designers and catering staff, serve as a mentor to Hidria GIF´s growing team of specialist engineers and technicians who, daily, develop solutions to the problems individually posed by each installation.

At the design stage time is of the essence; answers are needed fast on air volumes, duct runs, lighting, cost. CAD generated drawings are transmitted around the globe via the Internet and E-mail eases and speeds communication.
On site, specialist ceiling fitters are aided by trained field-support technicians to ensure rapid, efficient and superior installation.
In service, catering professionals recognise the vital role the Hidria GIF system plays in providing working conditions in which staff can be properly motivated, free from distracting noise and dicomforting draughts.
